Our personalised wooden wedding circle sign is a stunning keepsake and alternative wedding guestbook. Memories and messages from your special day will be kept forever. This unique wooden guest book will make a stunning keepsake in your home.
This alternative fully personalised round wedding guestbook or wedding sign is made from either an oak (lighter wood) or walnut (darker wood) board and will be a treasured possession for years to come. On the signing board, the personalised text is engraved into the wooden background. You can either use this as a guestbook or a sign for your wedding.
We offer two fonts for you to choose from:
Font 1: Capitals font
Font 2: Script font
Please fill in the personalisation boxes above (we will engrave exactly what you write). Please also select if you would like your guestbook to be made out of oak or walnut board.
You may either have titles and a surname or your first names with a date underneath. You do not have to have a date if you are uncertain of when the wedding will take place. Or, if you would like a date but are uncertain or it could possibly be changed, please write 'date tbc' in the personalisation box.
The wood is sealed which allows your guests to sign the front of the guestbook with a permanent marker pen, e.g. a fine Sharpie and there will be no bleeding. We offer two black fine tip Sharpie pens as optional extras. Other colours are available from stationers or art shops. The guestbook comes fitted with a hinge on the back so it can be hung on the wall straight away!
You may also choose to accompany your guestbook with a rustic pen stand which is kiln-dried silver birch, or a solid oak pen stand which is also a decorative piece to commemorate the special day. You can also purchase a frame stand and sign which will support your guestbook so it can be displayed on a table.
We offer two sizes, approximately:
Medium - 41.5cm in diameter
Large - 51cm in diameter.

Wow wow WOW. I mean that pretty much sums up the experience.
Okay so firstly I ordered this with less than 2 weeks till the wedding. Considering it’s a custom made, bad idea on my part. But I contacted the team and they somehow managed to get this delivered to me in hand with still 9 days left until the big day!? I don’t even know how that was possible, but alas they pulled it off.
And then the guestbook itself. My god it’s beautiful. The walnut, the hearts, the engraving or whatever it’s called - it’s brilliant!
Packaging was great, double boxed with packing stuff in between and bubble wrap too.

The quality was fine and the item generally matched the description. However, I was initially sent the wrong item, it was the wrong colour and personalised for another couple’s wedding. I contacted the seller straight away and, to their credit, they did send a replacement centre disc with our correct details. Unfortunately, this meant we had to unscrew the whole piece ourselves to fit it, which wasn’t ideal.
What I found disappointing was that after sending the replacement, the seller never checked in to confirm if we had received it or if everything was resolved. In my opinion, that’s poor customer service, especially given that we had to fix the item ourselves and, ultimately, it was still not what I had originally ordered (I had chosen a transparent back, but received a wooden one).
In the end, it looked nice on our day.

Item shipped very quickly even coming from UK! Product was as expected but a screw was not securely attached and had come off and the laser graving on the center piece had some imperfections.
