Amazing service! We originally ordered from Stagdesign before Covid, but unfortunately never got married at that time. When we recently set a new date, we realised our engraved jigsaw guest book had the wrong date on it.

I contacted the company and received a same-day reply with a very understanding and empathetic response. They sent a link to the product I needed and clearly explained what to include in the notes so they could assist. Within a few days we received a replacement jigsaw centre piece engraved with our updated wedding date. This meant we could still use our original jigsaw and didn’t have to buy a completely new one.

We couldn’t be happier — the product quality is excellent and the customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company!

Most beautiful, hand crafted wedding guest book, and absolutely faultless, professional and conscientious customer service. This guest book was a centre piece of the wedding. Initially i missed the delivery and it was taken to a nearby location for me to collect. I am more than happy to write a review for The Oak box with The Amie Cremant. I ordered this for my daughter and son-in-law for their wedding anniversary.. They sent me photos once they had opened it. They said the box was such good quality and I didn't know at the time but they actually have had this before and loved the wine.
I have a friends husbands birthday coming up in May so I'm going to order one for him.
