UK delivery
Everything we make is personalised to order in our workshop in Fife, Scotland, then sent with Royal Mail tracked delivery. Dispatch times below are working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48)

Bottle gift boxes
Standard delivery is £3.00, or FREE on orders over £40. Express delivery is £6.00: order before 11pm and we'll make and dispatch your box the next working day, for delivery the day after dispatch (Saturdays included). Orders placed Friday to Sunday are dispatched on Monday.
Free delivery applies to the whole of the UK, including Northern Ireland.
Good to know
- Tracking details are emailed to you when your order is dispatched.
- We can't deliver to PO Box addresses.
- Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may take a little longer.
- Need it for a particular date? Email sales@stagdesign.co.uk before you order and we'll let you know if we can make it.
International delivery
We deliver to Ireland, much of Europe, Australia and a number of other countries. The cost depends on the weight of your order and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Problems with your delivery
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us at sales@stagdesign.co.uk and we'll put it right. See our returns policy for more details.
