We aim to make receiving your order as smooth and simple as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our delivery services, timings, and costs.
UK Mainland Delivery
We offer free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery on all orders over £25. Orders under this amount are subject to the following rates:

Express orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Thursday) will be dispatched same day for next working day delivery.
Orders placed after 2pm Thursday or on weekends will arrive the following Tuesday.
Bank Holiday orders will be delivered within 48 hours of the next working day.
Delivery Notes
- You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your parcel has been dispatched.
- We use Royal Mail and DPD for UK deliveries.
- A small additional charge may apply for deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands.
- We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
DPD Delivery
- You’ll receive updates by text or email once your parcel has been collected.
- If you’re not in, DPD will attempt delivery or leave your parcel at a local collection point.
- You can manage your delivery easily using the DPD app.
International Shipping
We now ship worldwide. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout once your shipping address is entered.
