Terms & conditions
We are unable to offer refunds on personalised, customised or bespoke products, i.e. items that have been engraved, customised, tailor-made or adjusted to meet your specific requirements except where agreed that the product is faulty. Please check that the personalisation that you have given us in your order is correct!
You have the right to cancel the purchase of non-personalised or non-customised goods without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of 10 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. If you wish to return the goods, then you must send the goods back to us to our returns address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as is reasonably possible. We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to return the goods, any refund due will be processed as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within 10 working days of your cancellation.
Returned items must…
1. be in suitable packaging.
2. be in their original condition, unused and without marks or odours.
3. be returned within 10 working days of receipt.
4. be returned at your cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective).
All returns will be checked prior to a refund being offered, and items not meeting the above criteria will not be refunded. All refunds will be issued to the original purchase method only.
We reserve the right to remove any offensive or unfounded comments made in a public place connected with Stag Design. We respect others' points of view if made politely. We recognise equal opportunities and rights for all.
Privacy and Security
Stag Design uses security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of any information under our control. We store the information on a secure server. We will not share, sell, or rent individual personal information without explicit permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted via this site is only available to employees managing this information for the purposes of contacting you or sending you products that you have ordered or emails based on you opting in to us contacting you.

As a data subject, you have a number of rights. You can:
• access and obtain a copy of your data on request
• require Stag Design to change incorrect or incomplete data
• require Stag Design to delete or stop processing your data, for example where the data is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing
• object to the processing of your data where Stag Design is relying on its legitimate interests as the legal ground for processing.
