Quality of the books are insane
I often feel nervous ordering from small businesses online but I am so glad I ordered my guestbook from here. The linen is gorgeous quality and the printed writing is really engraved in the linen, not like a sticker that might fall off in a few years time. The outer box had been damaged in transit so I was worried in case it had damaged my guestbook but because the inner packaging had been put together well and beautifully, it was perfectly fine. I would 100% order from here again, I just wish I could get a matching photo album! ☺️
I bought 2 visitors’ books following a visit at a friend’s house who presented us with a visitors’ book before we left for us to write comments! When I told my daughter and my son’s girlfriend about it, , they thought the idea was so lovely and quirky that, as a surprise, I decided to buy them a visitors ‘ book each. The colour (sage) and quality are lovely, I liked the fact you could personalise the books. They have not yet been given but I know both girls will love their book!!
This is absolutely gorgeous! I ordered the natural linen colour, personalised with names and Visitors Book underneath. It arrived very quickly and was so beautifully wrapped that I didn't dare open it for a sneaky peak - it was a birthday present so I had to wait until it was unwrapped on the big day to see what it looked like. They loved it! Thank you for producing a great quality visitors book which will be enjoyed and appreciated for many years to come.

What a shame.
I was so looking forward to this book, but it just did not meet expectations. The print is not embossed and looks quite cheaply made. Not something that I will be using for the day, but as personalised I cannot return.
We are sorry that this is your view as we have overwhelmingly received very positive feedback from happy customers. It is printed not embossed (not practical on linen) and it's a shame that you didn't ask about this before buying if this is what you were looking for. The book has high quality (130gsm) pages.

The book itself is nice, with quality paper. Unfortunately, the personalised design was disappointing. There was no formatting or design consideration given to the text, and no proof offered before printing.
I shared this feedback privately in the hope it might help improve the ordering process, but the response I received was disappointing and left me feeling that my comments weren’t taken constructively.

We are sorry that you were unhappy. As I explained, you gave us two lines of text and did not ask for a visual before we made it (usually customers request this in the order notes) so that we had no knowledge that you wanted the text on three lines.
If any customer would like a visual before making, please let us know and we are always happy to do this.
Very pleased with the final product produced to a very high standard, as it complements all the other bespoke wedding stationery and accompanying items.
I ordered our wedding guest book in a panic as I'd left it too late. I then proceeded to put the wrong delivery address on! The care I received was excellent and the address changed immediately. Great communication. The book arrived the next day and is absolutely beautiful - literally stunning.
Really happy with this visitor book order! From checking that I was happy with the wording and placement before printing, right through to the really well packaged delivery, I couldn't be happier. Glad I made this choice, it looks really great and is perfect for the setting - a heritage house - loved the sage green linen cover.
It was perfect, just as I hoped. The packaging was as classy as the book. Mine was a late order so I chatted with them , selected expedited shipping and the parcel arrived earlier than I had even hoped. Very impressed !

Lovely guest book, the colour is very similar to what is in the photos. The card pages inside could be of slightly higher quality but otherwise lovely!
