I love the book I ordered, it's great quality and everything I'd hoped for. Also, I made a small error on the wording on the front and the team re-did the front section for me at a relatively small cost and were super helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing service! We originally ordered from Stagdesign before Covid, but unfortunately never got married at that time. When we recently set a new date, we realised our engraved jigsaw guest book had the wrong date on it.
I contacted the company and received a same-day reply with a very understanding and empathetic response. They sent a link to the product I needed and clearly explained what to include in the notes so they could assist. Within a few days we received a replacement jigsaw centre piece engraved with our updated wedding date. This meant we could still use our original jigsaw and didn’t have to buy a completely new one.
We couldn’t be happier — the product quality is excellent and the customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company!

We had to delay our wedding due to Covid and had ordered a guest book jigsaw from Stag Design. We contacted them to ask if they could alter the centre part of the jigsaw with the date on, striking out the original date and adding the new date. They were incredibly helpful and did not only the jigsaw, but also the pen stand and plaque. They were very efficient and we had our items returned to us really quickly. I highly recommend Stag Design, not only for their lovely products but also for their super customer service. Really chuffed that we can have this jigsaw as a slightly quirky but very personal touch to our wedding. We will never forget the reason we had to change the date now 😁

I seen a stag design on social media a keepsake for our wedding day. We ordered the wooden heart and personalised it. It came less than a week and was perfect! (They even sent a lovely note wishing us luck it was the nicest touch) Exactly what we had asked for. We then had our wedding and we lost the lock for the top! I contacted stag and they sent a new one out it came the next day! It was the exact one amazing quality and service can’t fault them would highly recommend and order again from them!

I bought a puzzle frame for my wedding 5 years ago but the frame got damaged each time we moved home.
With a little help from a staff member I gotten frame order number and replaced it in no time. Very happy with respons and services. They have some amazing products and great memories.

Due to changing our wedding date we thought we had lost our beautiful guest book. On the off chance I decided to email stag designs to see if they could help. To my surprise they created a completely new set of pieces with our new date on for an extremely reasonable cost.

Contacted Stag 14 months after purchasing my barrel and asked them if they can sort out a new lid due to wedding being postponed. They took the lid back and applied the new date. The cost was so reasonable and the process simple. Thanks you Nick and Julie for all your help. Already recommended you guys to my friends.
Absolutely amazing, they change my wedding barrel as it was cancelled through the pandemic and then resent it straight back out to me.
