Engagement bottle decoration

If you are looking for a present to mark a wedding, engagement or another special occasion, why not personalise a wooden decoration and then attach it to a bottle of your choice? This wooden love heart decoration comes with two first names, the date and the word 'engaged' or 'married'. 

On the love heart ornament, you can have two first names as well as a date. Please choose if you want the word 'engaged' or 'married' engraved in between the names and date. Please write in the notes section if you would like something different (and this does not have to include two names and date). 

The decoration is made from oak board. It has a white ribbon attached to the heart which is long enough to fit around most bottles, vases and flowers.
